Afternoon Shakeout Rides p/b Thank Gravel It’s Friday & Adaptive Adventures
Get in one last spin before the big day! You have your choice of two rides, both meeting at the front entrance of New Belgium Brewing (500 Linden St address):
20-mile Longer Route. Will be lead out by Thank Gravel It’s Friday, but you are encouraged to find your own pace group.
14-mile Shorter Route. Will have ride leaders & sweepers from Adaptive Adventures to make sure everyone makes it back to the venue safely!

Both rides will get a preview of the last several miles of the course (including our infamous Oasis Aid Station). Both rides end at the FoCo Fondo Bike and Outdoor Lifestyle Expo at the back lot of New Belgium Brewing (entrance off of Buckingham) and packet pick-up will be available until 5:00pm.

Ascent Studio Yoga on the Lawn
Keep that body mobility going into race day. Treat yourself to a 40-min pre-race yoga sesh with Trevor from Ascent Studio. This will take place at the main brewery area in front of New Belgium. Yoga mats available for use!

12-mile Here for It Route- Safe Routes to School Family Ride
Our 12-mile Here for It Family Ride, partnered with Safe Routes to School is on Saturday this year! Depart from the venue to ride on over to the Poudre Trail on a meandering adventure to the CSU Environmental Learning Center for an aid station refuel. Upon return, be greeted at the finish line by fellow riders. This route is not chip-timed but all riders receive numbers. It is also capped by the Parks Department at 99 riders.

FoCo Fondo Saturday Packet Pick Up
For the love of our volunteers and staff, please pick up your packet no later than today, in order to leave space for people who can only make it up for event day. Packet pick up will run from 10-5pm at New Belgium and will be located in the employee lot off of Buckingham Street (where Bike & Lifestyle Expo is located). A limited 12-mile route only packet pick up is available from 9:15-10am ahead of the 9:45am staging and 10am 12-mile Here for It Route start this day.
If you’d like beer for your expo experience, be sure to stop in at the Liquid Center up front at the 500 Linden St address and you’ll be able to bring that over to the Expo where packet pick up is located.


Morning Shakeout Rides p/b Pearl iZUMi & Niner Bikes
If you’re attending our pre-shakeout coffee & burrito ride hangout spot at Wolverine Farms, we’ll leave from there to meet everyone else by 9:30am at New Belgium Brewing. You’ll have two shakeout ride options, please download your route:
20-mile Longer Route p/b Pearl iZUMi. This ride will be lead out by ride leaders from Pearl iZUMi, but you are encouraged to find your own pace group.
14-mile Shorter Route p/b Niner Bikes. This ride will have ride leaders & sweepers to make sure everyone makes it back to the venue safely! Niner Bikes will also be hosting activities post-ride :)

Wolverine Farms Coffee & Burritos with Adapt Sports Therapy
Start off your FoCo Fondo Saturday with us at Wolverine Farms where Adapt Sports Therapy is treating us to drip coffee. Wolverine Farms burrito specials are also available. Additional normal espresso and espresso tangent beverages and pastries are also available for purchase.
At 9:15am sharp, we’ll roll just around the corner to New Belgium Brewing to gather and divide up for our longer and shorter shakeout ride options.
Adapt Sports Therapy is passionate about delivering the highest quality manual therapy and functional rehabilitation techniques. They do this through practitioners obsessed with creating a paradigm shift in how athletes approach recovery so they can Adapt to whatever challenges life and sport present.

This is the first opportunity to pick up your event-day packet, number, any additional merchandise, and, of course, stick around to hang with the community. As with all things FoCo, we encourage you to skip driving and just ride here! Grab your friends (+ lights) and start the party early. The ride isn’t no drop, rather, riders will be able to ride with similarly paced riders. There will also be a lanterne rouge on the shorter route to make sure everyone makes it back ok. The Fort Follies will be leading a medium-paced group on the longer routes in 2025.

Join the Fort Follies and FoCo Fondo for the third year of the women’s gravel clinic led by some of our amazing NoCo gravel pros. This year we’re excited to continue the women’s weekend, pairing the clinic on Saturday with a Sunday women’s training ride (no registration required) to fill your weekend with bikes and rad women!
The Saturday clinic will include a morning skills session covering helpful skills for beginner to intermediate/advanced riders. After the skills clinic, we’re providing lunch and two great breakout sessions to choose from. Stick around after for some Q & A time with our amazing instructors and time to socialize with the other participants.
Come back on Sunday, ready to get after one of the FoCo Fondo Women’s Training rides (no registration necessary for the training ride). Get ready for a fun weekend of skills work and riding to help you prepare to tackle one of the FoCo Fondo routes on July 20! Note: With the amount of climbing, it’s the perfect route to practice pacing up long climbs. It’s easy to go out too hard and you’ll pay for it as the climb keeps going and the air gets thinner. The higher the altitude, the longer it takes to recover from efforts.

Friends of FoCo Fondo Beginner’s Clinic p/b Source Endurance
Friends of FoCo Fondo is hosting Year 2 of the Beginner’s Clinic, partnered up with Source Endurance! Designed for the gravel curious, this low-stress clinic will cover some gravel basic skills as well as equipment and maintenance basics. Only 35 spots are available.

This often means being able to self-reflect early in the ride on if you are riding at a sustainable rate and being able to dial it back before it’s too late!

Join us for the official Friends of FoCo Fondo kick off party. We’ll share the who, what, & why behind it and preview what will be a stellar 2025 in NoCo. The party kicks off at 5:30pm at New Belgium Brewing’s Community Room (thank you!). Free Fatty T’s and some light snacks provided. There will also be a food truck and, of course, you can order whatever you’d like at the bar.
We’ll also be revealing an initial round of Friends of FoCo Fondo merch for preorder and asking for your support.

Afternoon Shakeout Rides p/b Rebound Sports & Physical Therapy & Thank Gravel It’s Friday
Get in one last spin before the big day! You have your choice of two rides, both meeting at New Belgium Brewing:
20-mile Longer Route p/b Rebound Sports & PT. Will be lead out by ride leaders, but you are encouraged to find your own pace group.
14-mile Shorter Route led by Thank Gravel It’s Friday. Will have ride leaders & sweepers to make sure everyone makes it back to the venue safely!

Both rides will get a preview of the last several miles of the course (including our infamous Oasis Aid Station). Both rides end at the FoCo Fondo Bike and Outdoor Lifestyle Expo at the back lot of New Belgium Brewing (entrance off of Buckingham) and packet pick-up will be available until 5:00pm.
