For riders of all ability levels we have multiple training plan options for you to have the best fitness and most fun at the Fondo route of your choosing.
For the most effective way to get in shape for this event, we recommend the training plan with Source Endurance Training Center of the Rockies joint training plan with Resolve Endurance and Strength Training . This training plan mixes coached interval session at the training center's indoor riding studio and strength sessions with Resolve once a week at the same location. Pick what times you want to workout, and get it done for the most fitness on event day. Its not just for the FondoFest! Utilize Source Endurance or Resolve anytime you want to start reaching your fitness goals.

The second option for FondoFest training is a Training Peaks Training Plan for each Fondo registrant. The training plan is 16 weeks long and can be applied to your free training peaks account at any time.
